Letter written to Thomas Benbow Phillips, Esq from Arthur Walter, written from the SS Coadgutor, Pelotas Bar, 16 January 1874.

Arthur Walter thanked Thomas Benbow Phillips for his letter of 15th January, and informed him that when Thomas Benbow Phillips checked the accounts and bills he received through the hands of Captain Dunn and Mrs Walter, he would find that they were correct, and that there would be a balance owed to him. He requested that Thomas Benbow Phillips liaise with Mrs Walter since he himself could not travel to Rio Grande at present.
