Description
Letter written to Thomas Benbow Phillips at Pelotas by Christopher James at Rio Grande do Sul, dated 1 February 1868.
If the weather was fair, Christopher James planned to travel to Pelotas on the ship “S Pedro” on the following Monday, and asked Thomas Benbow Phillips to provisionally book rooms at the hotel .
