Letter written to Thomas Benbow Phillips at Pelotas from Christopher James at Rio Grande do Sul, dated 30 April 1868.
Christopher James enclosed a letter for Mrs Phillips which his wife had just finished writing, and explained he had sent Thomas Benbow Phillips a tin box and a letter. He hoped they had both arrived safely. He also sent his kind regards to Thomas Benbow Phillips's mother, wife and children.
