Letter written to Thomas Benbow Phillips by Christopher James at Rio Grande do Sul, dated 23 April, 1868.
Christopher James explained that his wife had prepared a parcel of some old things for Mrs Thomas Benbow Phillips, and hoped that she would not be offended. The parcel had been sent on board the Rio Grandense. Christopher James's family were all well and sent their regards.
