Description

Letter written to Mr T Phillips from Randal Callander of the British Consul, Riogrande dated
4 January1870

Randal Callander was asking T Phillips to pass on 15#000 to Louis Thomsen, who was discharged from the “Mary Seymour”, and obtaining a receipt for that sum. Louis Thomsen would also be allowed to take some of his clothes.
