Telegram sent to J B Phillips, care of W D Evans at Montevideo by Stewart Barnes, Buenos Ayres, dated 28 January 1873
Stewart Barnes was asking if it was the Captain who was refusing to sail, and if only two men were wanted, J B Phillips was told to get them and charge the bill by telegraph to Stewart Barnes. Also if needed, he would send another Captain down.
