Letter written to Mrs Phillips at Pelotas by Thomas Benbow Phillips at Rio Grande, dated 29 October 1875
Thomas Benbow Phillips wrote to tell his mother that Moseley had told him the previous day that she was better. He hoped that she would be able to write to him herself soon to convey that news, and he would then be certain she was better. He sent her love from all the family.
