Capel Rhondda, Hopkinstown, pre-1905

Description

It is claimed that it was at this chapel that the popular hymn-tune 'Cwm Rhondda' was first performed in 1905. The tune was composed by John Hughes (1873-1932) of Llantwit Vardre.
