Description

Mrs Elisabeth Mary Barnett, known as Molly, was born in Tredegar. During WW2, Molly joined the WRENS and was sent to Bletchley Park. After a week of training she went on to Eastcote; a Bletchley outpost, to work on the WW2 codebreaking project. After the war, Molly joined the BBC at Broadcasting House and worked with Gilbert Harding. Molly met Graham, when they married they spent the rest of lives, until retirement, farming in Devon. Molly and her husband have now retired to Caldicot.
