The Druid Inn, near Corwen, was divided into plots of land following the First World War and the tenants were anxious that their leases would not be renewed by Merionethshire County Council. This photograph shows Mrs. Roberts, Caefaes, who was concerned about her daughter's education if in-comers moved into the area.
