Rose Mabel Lewis, President of the Society, made the banner. It’s embroidered with the words Tros Rhyddid (For Freedom).

On 17 June 1911 she led the south Wales section in the Women’s Coronation Procession in London. About 40,000 to 50,000 men and women took part in the march.
