Richie Saunders talks us through the various blends and ciders he produces by foraging locally to the Gower Heritage Centre.

Richie Saunders is manager of The Gower Heritage Centre and producer of Mill House Cider. Richie has been producing cider at the centre for 9 years. Mill House Cider is produced on an 1890 travelling cider press powered by a small steam engine. Mill House Cider is located at The Gower Heritage Centre in Parkmill, Gower.

This digital story was created for ‘The Heritage of Orchards and Cider Making in Wales’, a two year HLF funded project in partnership with The George Ewart Evans Centre For Storytelling at The University of South Wales and The Welsh Cider and Perry Society.
