Description

Humphrey Jones writes to his parents on 3 October 1854 from London. He thanks them for the postal order which they sent. As John Morris is coming from Llangollen to London, he asks his parents if they will send him stockings, the Latin testament, and two small memorandum books. He is pleased to report that the cholera epidemic is 'rapidly dying away'. He informs his parents of the latest news regarding the Crimean War.
