Description
A rare photograph of the interior of the Fitting shop at the Crumlin Navigation colliery taken in 1909.
The pits were sunk at the colliery between 1907 and 1910. The colliery closed on 16th September 1967.
The Crumlin Festival was held on 16th Sept 2017 to commemorate the colliery closure.
