"It is planned to have the iconic item placed on the Navigation site in Crumlin as a lasting memory of the industrial heritage of the area and as a visual indicator to the site entrance. Having been in storage for many years the pit wheel is shown on its way to a local fabricator for repair, in readiness for erection at the Navigation site."
