This model of a three-mast ship was presented to the Seiont II Maritime Trust in 1988. Unfortunately, very little is known about its origins or maker. The model depicts a ship which was built during the 1870-80s and much of the detail suggests that it was based on an actual ship. It is possible that the maker served on this ship at some time. However, there is no similar ship listed under the name 'Arvon'.
