Photographed by Geoff Charles. In September 1952, members of the Merionethshire and Montgomeryshire Country Landowners' Association visited Dewisbren Farm, Dolgellau, and Buchesydd Farm, Rhyd-y-main, to explore the developments in land use and agricultural facilities.
In this photograph a farmer's wife demonstrates the cooking stove to members of the Association.
