This unusual item was presented to the Mayor and Corporation of Wrexham by John Hurleston Leche, Carden Park, Cheshire, to commemorate the success of Sir Watkin Williams Wynn who was returned as the Member of Parliament for Denbighshire for the seventh time on 27 November 1868.
