Born 1891. son of Griffith and Margaret Pritchard . In the 1911 census he is single, living with his parents at 5 Bryn Hyfryd. Criccieth - Occupation gardener. He was captured by the Turks in Gaza in Palestine. He later died of his wounds in the POW camp.
On this receipt we see that his only possessions returned to his parents were a pair of mittens, a pair of socks and a devotional book.
(His father Griffith Pritchard was the Town Crier)
