In the 1911 census he is living at 3 New Street Pentrefelin. Occupation Boot maker.

He was wounded during the Gallipoli Campaign and sent to hospital in Egypt
Died December 20, 1915 Age 31
ALEXANDRIA (CHATBY) MILITARY AND WAR MEMORIAL CEMETERY.
Commemorated on Pentrefelin War Memorial.
