Painting of the ship 'County of Merioneth' which sailed from Aberaeron harbour
Description
'County of Meirioneth' was built at Sunderland in 1880, and owned by W. Thomas & Son of Liverpool. W. Thomas & Sons owned many ships and named 10 of them them after the counties of Wales. [See also the ship 'Carmarthenshire'].
