Painting of the ship 'Carmarthenshire' which sailed from Aberaeron harbour

Description

The 'Carmarthenshire' was a barque of 812 net registered tons built by Long, at Pembroke Dock in 1865. She was owned by W. Thomas & Son of Liverpool who named ten of their ships after the counties of Wales. [See also the ship 'County of Meirioneth'].
