Description

A4 stencilled leaflet, double-sided. Headed Cardiff Abortion Campaign newsletter no. 4. It describes the demonstration against the Corrie Bill on 28 October as ‘fantastically successful’ and lists a number of future events, including: Leafleting at various shopping centres across Cardiff on Saturday mornings; a conference entitled ‘Abortion: a woman’s right to choose?’; a mass lobby of Parliament on 5 February 1980, with coaches going from Cardiff; a video of a play about women’s right to choose abortion; a report about the complaint made to the police about them breaking up our lawful demonstration; an postcards being available for sending to MPs, asking them to vote against the Corrie Bill; and notice of the weekly meetings of the Cardiff Abortion Campaign at Cardiff Community Concern, in Charles Street.
