Description
Black and grey wool flannel petticoat. Vertical stripes. Skirt is pleated into a broad waistband in fawn-coloured cotton. Hemline is decorated with a double scalloped-edged flounce, edged with black braiding, with broad pintucks above. Probably dates from the late 19th or early 20th centuries.
