Description

'Emrys'. Congregational minister and poet. Born at Penrhyn Arms, Bangor. Apprenticed to a draper in Liverpool 1828-36. Pastor at Portmadoc 1836-73. Joint editor of the 'Dysgedydd' for 20 years.
