A circular, 6 part audio trail starting in Penyfai, Bridgend and leading to Laleston. The route is approximately 5.5 miles long and features points of interest such as Smyrna Chapel in Penyfai which is said to be the oldest Welsh Baptist chapel in use today and The Great House in Laleston which is an Elizabethan manor house that used heat from cattle in an abutted barn as a form of central heating.
