About
Herefordshire Archive and Records Centre is a cost efficient and purpose built records facility at Rotherwas, Hereford.
This new facility brings the county's archive, archaeology unit, the historic environment record, and the biological records centre together in one building, allowing people access to all these records in one place.
As well as the records for the historic county of Herefordshire, the Archive Service also hold the records for the Diocese of Hereford which covers parishes in Herefordshire, South Shropshire, and parts of Worcestershire, Monmouthshire and Powys.
Our opening hours are:
- Tuesday to Friday: 9.15am to 4.45pm
- Second Saturday of the month: 9.15am to 4.45pm
