Wyneb yn wyneb / Face to Face
Face to Face / Wyneby yn Wyneb was a project delivered by the team at Age Connects North Wales Central (ACNWC), a charity that sadly closed in 2026 after supporting older people across Conwy and Denbighshire since 1993.
The project set out to record the memories and lived experiences of individuals who had received support from ACNWC. Through these interviews, it captured vivid personal stories that offered insight into the everyday lives of contributors and the communities of Conwy and Denbighshire to which they belonged.
