The uniform is that of the former Radnorshire Constabulary

Edgar Thomas Powell (1902 - 1967) was special constable.
He had three brothers Linton, Sidney and Emlyn and last lived at 7 Brickfield Cottages, Brookland Road, Llandrindod Wells.
