Description

Gustav Pritshow was still a German subject in 1901, but he was eventually awarded a certificate of naturalisation in 1903. Gustav’s 1924 Merchant Navy index card shows his German birthplace as Magdeburg and identifies him as a naturalised British subject. Late in 1923, he was registered as a patient at the Dreadnought Seamen’s Hospital, London.
