Llanbadarn Operator Torpedoed

Mr ARTHUR MILLER, Son of Sister Miller, Aberystwyth Red Cross Hospital, Marconi operator, on his maiden voyage on a ship recently sunk by torpedo. Seven of the crew were killed, but the remainder, including Mr. Miller, were saved. He returned home to Llanbadarn on Thursday of last week. He was one of the last to leave the ship and was complimented by the Captain and officers on his coolness and courage.
