Description

A look at crime, injustices and policing of old Cardiff. Includes Mad Jack Matthews, Cardiff's most violent publican, the Llanrumney Hall Murder, the Food College Murder among other investigations within. Cardiff in its early years as a Borough (1836), through its Tiger Bay era, to the demise of the Cardiff City Police in 1969 was a not only prosperous (for some) but a violent and impoverished town, for the thousands of immigrants who flooded in.
