Scientific Name:Phlebia tremellosaFungi facts:This fungus known as ‘Jelly –rot’ forms small brackets (1 – 5 cm. across) on stumps or fallen branches of both deciduous and conifer wood in the autumn. These brackets are often tiered and form quite sizable overlapping clusters on the dead wood. Technique:A textile assemblage with hand stitching
