Description

1924 booklet by the Welsh League of Nations Union (WLoNU) - this particular version, for the Presbyterian Churches of Monmouthshire - outlining a 'Plan of Campaign' for local branches and church groups campaigning on World Peace, following the end of World War 1.

Produced by WLoNU Founder and Honorary President, Gwilym Davies, the booklet was one of a series used as 'action guides' for community groups, to engage Welsh people with international affairs and peace building. Over 900 branches with over 30,000 members were active by the mid 1920s.
