Letter from the Rev. D. Lloyd Jones to the Rev. Michael D. Jones, 19 January 1866 [page 1, image 1 of 9]

Description

D. Lloyd Jones was Travelling Secretary for the Welsh Colonising and Trading Company. He encloses his accounts and costs for his services to the Welsh Settlement. He has receipts for all the items, but says that more money is in fact owed to him. He claims £120 from the Emigration Company and says that he will face severe hardship if he does not receive payment soon.
