Description

Carlos Calvo, Argentine Consul, writes to Michael D. Jones to confirm that the Argentine government is about to grant deeds on the lands in the 'Chubut Colony'. With regard to Mr Griffith Griffiths, he regrets to inform him that the Government has abolished its scheme to grant free passages to emigrants.
