This appears to be a 51" x 13" section AA5251 ( 2% magnesium sheet alloy) slab cast at Rheola for the Birmetals Rolling Mill in Birmingham, Birmetals was a rolling mill for high tensile aluminium alloys to supply to aircraft, marine and other industries. The company closed in 1980 and the site became Woodgate Business Park.
