Description

Maurice Harry Lewis
Was born Newport Mon in 1918 and was living in Newport Mon, with his Wife Ellen and his daughter he was working as a Faggoter at Orb Steel works. Maurice was a private in the Monmouthshire Regiment and died of wounds received in Action on the 21st of July 1944, aged 26 and he his buried in the Ryes War Cemetery France
