The chapel was formed in 1910 but the chapel was built 1900. Built in the Sub-Classical style, gable entry type. Status (1998): chapel
Rendered stone/slate. Victorian. Painted gable end entry with moulded window arches, reticulated corners. Sub-classical gable, broken moulded pediment. Lawned forecourt and railings.
