This is a photograph of a certificate awarded to Royal Navy Sailor D/J 979546 Edward Pope. The certificate confirms Edwards promotion to Leading Rate and was issued on 29th may 1968.Edward enlisted in the RN in 1958 and went on to serve for twelve years as a Radio Operator.
