Description

The Reservoir Action Group (RAG) was formed by local residents, in December 2001, to counter a planning application by Western Power Distribution to drain Llanishen Reservoir and build a housing estate there. Ceri Davies was on the committee of RAG from the outset and was Vice Chair of the group from 2013 to 2023. As a retired Senior Planning Officer, Ceri headed up the group’s Planning Sub-Committee.
