The original photograph is in the possession of former RAF Photographer Nigel Hopkins. This copy shows the late Queen Elizabeth the second, visiting a Royal Air Force base and walking along a line of RAF Gloster Meteor jets, with propeller driven aircraft in the background. Nigel served between 1975 and 1984. This image was believed to have been captured in the late 1940's or sometime in the 1950's.
