He is remembered with hnour on Tyne Cot Memorial to the Missing, Passchendaele, Belgium and on the Great War Rood Screen Memorial, All Saints' Church, Mumbles, Swansea.
Formerly Private 61555 of the Welsh Regiment. In a rather curious incident, his name was spelt as Malyn on the Road Screen Memorial, All Saints' Church, Mumbles, which was unveiled in 1920. However a relative subsequently complained about the spelling, so on the new memorial, unveiled at Southend, Mumbles, in 2006, it was changed.
