Dead Man's Penny of George Argent
Description
George Argent of 155 Oxford Street, Swansea, served as a pioneer in the Royal Engineers. He died on 27 April 1916 aged 46, and is buried in St Peter's Cemetery, Cockett. This is the bronze memorial plaque received by his family, known as the 'Dead Man's Penny'.
