This is my grandfather Hector Tidman and his sister Ada (not his wife). It was taken in Llandrindod Wells in the early 1920's.

Was Mr Tidman blind and had a guide dog. If so I worked with him at Radnor a County Council. Circa 1963/69. He was the switchboard operator and we used to take over so that he could take his dog out . Are you related to Edmund Tidman by chance.
