A tank on the dumper truck was filled using the hand pump at the ‘well' (spring) then driven back up Home Meadow and close to the wall by the wheelhouse. The water was transferred to the ‘drinking water’ tank on the inner courtyard side of the wall using buckets. One person stood on the wall (Liz Gynn) and emptied buckets handed up from the dumper.
