Description
Veg preparation 1 & 2.
While looking at black and white aerial photograph of Welsh towns and villages, I imagined that the people of Wales were cultivating their garden. I prepared 2 vegetable dishes for my friend to celebrate conviviality and the spirit of these close knitted Welsh communities.
