Description

The tune for this song first appears in John Parry's (the Blind Harper) collection British Harmony in 1781. A popular tune throughout Wales. No provenance for the words. Sung by Heather Jones, accompanied by Chris Jones on guitar, as part of the Alawon Fy Ngwlad joint project between trac, Caerphilly County Borough Council and Menter Caerffili.
