I think my Dad said the other lady was a cousin. This would have been taken in Cilcennin, maybe for a wedding? My Grandparents lived at quite a number of houses in the area.... Cnwc Melyn, Rhiwlas Arms, Orffaddu, Cilcennin, Ty Canol, Cilcennin, Bidarren, Cilcennin, Penrhiw, Cilcennin... and quite possibly even more!
