Nellie Evans born 1910 Cilcennin, christened on 21st March 1911 at Cilcennin Church when she was 11 months old and living in Orfaddu with her parents William and Anne (Williams) and her siblings Catherine, Annie, John, Evan, Richard and Morgan... only two rooms so it must have been a little crowded! In 1939 she was working as a Domestic Servant for an Evan Evans and Mary Evans in Maeslan, Hnefynyw Aberayron RD. She died at that address on 4th May1956, aged 46 years. I wonder why she never married and really like her flowery frock.
